The selected Proposer will engage in strategic planning consultation with ODOT staff and a stakeholder workgroup. The Proposer will conduct all related DEI Action Plan development tasks which may include but are not limited to: preparation, research, surveys, community engagement, facilitation of meetings, information gathering, draft plan development, plan refinements, meetings with stakeholders, final recommendations, and ultimately presentation of the final DEI Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan. The selected Proposer will bring communications, graphic design, and writing capacity to include the following tasks, activities, and deliverables: Writing and editing support for 3-4 plans with attention to meeting due dates set by office Monthly meetings, depending on rate (attend team meetings or plan meetings for writing) Application of community engagement planning best practices and examples Correspondence, scheduling, planning, and documentation of work Additional writing, editing, research and review of related documents Additional as-needed strategic communications support
