The services to be provided are expected to include but are not limited to: • Creative development of multi-media campaigns to support and raise awareness of program efforts, including targeting specific outreach audiences • Research and develop campaign strategies and/or materials for a department or for individual program areas such as Water Conservation and Stormwater Management • Develop overarching messaging and supporting multi-media across multiple platforms • Digital media: organic social media (City of Bend channels), paid social media, web banners, e-mail newsletters • Videos for local TV and online platforms (YouTube, TikTok) • “How To” videos for social media • Billboards • Print: newspaper ads, brochures/flyers, posters • Schwag such as: magnet (with helpful tips), watering can (watering hours), etc. to hand out at events (Earth Day) • Press release for campaign launch and success stories • Op-eds in local newspapers • Community engagement for projects, programs or events, including potential target audiences such as: City Club, Building a Better Bend presentation, Leadership Bend (project), Neighborhood Districts, Homeowner associations, etc. • Event/workshop(s) on specific topics such as water conservation practices • Yard Signs or interpretive signs content and graphics
