Specifications include, but are not limited to: Act as the exclusive point of sale provider of all required course materials and general merchandise retail services for the College, Faculty, Instructors, and Students. Required services (not exhaustive) include: • Web-based course material adoption software: provide web-based course adoption software and services to faculty, instructors, and College staff. Provide telephone/text/email customer service, support, and issue resolution services. Provide instructional software user manuals, and software user training. • Webstore: website and point of sale services for customers to purchase required course materials, supplies, branded clothing, and general merchandise. • Customer service and issue resolution services: provide College staff and customers telephone/text/email customer service, support, and issue resolution services.
