Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.2.1 Selected Proposers will: 2.2.2.1.1 Promote and market the OBDF program as well as the suite of business finance programs and business development tools administered by Business Oregon. Other business finance programs include but are not limited to: a. Capital Access Program (“CAP”), b. Credit Enhancement Fund (“CEF”), c. Entrepreneurial Development Loan Fund (“EDLF”), d. Industrial Development Bonds (“IDB”), and e. Oregon Royalty Fund ("OR”); 2.2.2.1.2 Submit Loan Referrals to Business Oregon that meet OBDF program eligibility requirements, as outlined in OAR 123-017; 2.2.2.1.3 Provide recognition of Business Oregon in promotional and media materials; and 2.2.2.1.4 Any tasks necessary for the completion of the activities in Section 2.2.1, above.
