2.3.1 Staff- and Management-Facing HR Platform Management and Support 2.3.1.1 Provide access, management services, and technical support for a comprehensive electronic HR platform for staff and school administration (“HR System”); and 2.3.1.2 HR System must include employee benefits integration and paid time off (PTO) management capabilities, as well as access to payroll and personnel information. 2.3.2 Payroll Services 2.3.2.1 Payroll administration and processing services, including audit and reconciliation; 2.3.2.2 Time and attendance tracking and support; 2.3.2.3 State and federal withholding and other tax recordkeeping issuance (e.g., W-2 issuance); and 2.3.2.4 Oregon PERS withholding, as applicable. 2.3.3 Transition 2.3.3.1 Provide for unbroken staff continuity with existing HR services and payroll administration, including data migration as needed.
