The Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians (CTCLUSI) is seeking quotes for qualified individuals or firms to provide services as a program manager who can oversee and coordinate the development of K-12 Tribal Curriculum. This contract seeks to focus the workforce of a curriculum team taskforce, coordinate drafting activities, evaluation lesson plans, and culturally grounded curriculum to bring before Tribal Council, and ODE. While the present funding timeframe concludes on June 30, 2025, additional support is confirmed for the 2025–2027 biennium and is expected to facilitate continued operation beyond that deadline. In taking on this role, the contractor will unify efforts across multiple CTCLUSI Tribal members, community volunteers, and necessary state of Oregon partnerships, such as school district teachers and Native curriculum specialists. This role assures the smooth transition from each grade block with additional scope and tribal vision of a representative curriculum.
