Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall develop a high level overview contemplating two separate proposals for a 800MHz and a VHF radio repeater infrastructure systems. Proposals must include the capabilities and pros and cons of each system, the expected annual operating and on-going maintenance costs and the recommended DCA staffing to maintain them. Proposals will include replacing approximately two hundred and ten (210) specialized radio units, upgrade feedline and antennas, headend, backhaul and expand services as needed. Proposals should outline the ability of the proposed radio infrastructure solution to monitor the status of the radio network digitally, e.g., online/offline where issues might be through an API or other service. Provide training for the support team and customers. Provide an optional 3 year and 5 year maintenance plan from implementation date of service for the Radio System and Radio units.
