The goal of this project is to rebuild the arena wall at the Morrow County Fairgrounds’ Oregon Trail Pro Rodeo (OTPR) arena, located 74473 Hwy 74 LENA, Heppner, OR 97836. This includes replacing current plywood with marine-grade plywood and adding structural support (9 feet from ground level). A continuous five-rail fence will also be finished at the catch pen east side of the arena. Scope includes but is not limited to: - Pre-design meeting with General Maintenance Supervisor - Priming and painting with exterior-grade weather-resistant, plywood and attached panels (sprayer required) - Welding fences and archway - Concrete work and concrete supplied by contractor - Strapping and securing plywood - Painting all arena panels (separate line item for materials and labor) - If arena panels are beyond repair, notify MCF immediately
