4.12.1 Rice, Brown Parboiled: An estimated three (3) FTL are required for this item listed in Section 5, “Pricing Page”. For purposes of this ITB Line item # a FTL is estimated at 42,500 pounds. ARO, one (1) FTL to be delivered within 45 days with the remaining FTLs to be delivered 45 days after that or as scheduled by warehouse staff. The Purchase order issued to the awarded Bidder will indicate the delivery dates and must be confirmed with the ODOC warehouse receiving staff. 4.12.2 Rice, White Parboiled: An estimated three (3) FTL are required for this item listed in Section 5, “Pricing Page”. For purposes of this ITB Line item # a FTL is estimated at 42,500 pounds. ARO, one (1) FTL to be delivered within 45 days with the remaining FTLs to be delivered 45 days apart after that until complete, or as scheduled by warehouse staff.
