Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification describes the State of Oregon requirements for several categories of sanders. ODOT will evaluate the proposal of each Proposer in each category and award a Price Agreement for the bid category based on products(s) offered. Sanders will be used by maintenance crews for winter sanding across the state, during day and night. Sanders will be used to spread dry sand, wet sand, 3/8" minus crushed basalt (crusher fines), crushed volcanic rock (cinders) and said materials also treated with MgCl deicing liquids. Categories include, but are not limited to: Standard Duty Slip in Sanders, Heavy Duty Slip in Sanders, Chassis Mount Sanders, 5th Wheel Mount Sanders, and Under Body Sanders
