Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR SHALL DO THE FOLLOWING: Review and confirm receipt of Agency Work Orders. Provide all materials, equipment, facilities, vehicles, and labor necessary to complete the work specified in this Price Agreement. Load sacks of cones at Agency’s designated facility and transport to Contractor’s facility or provide a trucking service to do so. Provide suitable storage for cones at Contractor’s facility while awaiting processing. Process seed lots, including extracting and cleaning seed. Provide testing, descriptive information, and documentation of seed lots. Package and deliver finished seed. Return miscellaneous Agency property. Provide written documentation and invoices as specified. III. LOADING, TRANSPORT, AND SORTING: Following delivery of a Work Order to Contractor, Agency will pile the cone sacks on the floor of Agency's cone shed at Agency’s designated facility, without sorting, in preparation for Contractor to load and transport. Contractor shall notify Agency at least five (5) days before arriving at Agency’s designated facility to load and transport cones. Contractor, or Contractor’s trucking service, shall take possession of cone sacks at the J.E. Schroeder Seed Orchard, 3700 Mahony Rd. NE, St. Paul, Oregon, which is Agency’s designated facility. Contractor, or Contractor’s trucking service, shall provide all vehicles, labor, and equipment necessary to load and transport cones to Contractor’s seed extraction facility. Contractor shall handle, transport, and store cones in a suitable manner to prevent seed damage or loss.
