GOOD(S) SPECIFICATIONS FOR TOMATO PASTE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 4.11.1 MUST BE U.S. Grade A or U.S. Fancy or U.S. Grade C or U.S. Standard as described in USDA Standards for Tomato Paste. 4.11.2 ODOC will accept only cans 4.11.3 Flavored tomato paste WILL NOT be allowed 4.11.4 Good(s) Bid by the awarded Bidder MUST be consistent throughout deliveries. Mixed cases, or pureed Good(s) WILL NOT be allowed. 4.11.5 ODOC will not accept a tomato concentrate or tomato sauce for this ITB. 4.11.6 Product should contain no more than two ingredients. ODOC will accept tomato paste, tomatoes, ripened tomatoes, or tomato pulp, which should be listed as the first ingredient. If a second ingredient is listed, it can be citric acid or salt. 4.11.7 Sodium content not to exceed 240 mg per 1 Tablespoon 4.11.8 When scooped out, it must hold its shape as a paste 4.11.8 ODOC will not accept product that contains seeds or peels
