SCOPE OF WORK a. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Master Price Services Agreement for the provision of commodity processing services of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foods items into end products and the provision of commercial products if needed. b. The selected Provider(s) shall process USDA Foods into specified usable end products, as requested by the District Contract Manager, shall deliver the end products to the District’s choice of distributor and bill the District based on the Fee for Service value pass through method. i. Fee for Service value pass through method shall be defined as the fee for the processing without the value of the donated food included in the price and inclusive of all other costs. c. In the event the District expends all pounds of donated foods diverted to the Provider, the Provider will provide the commercial version of the awarded items to the District's chosen distributor at the agreed upon commercial price.
