Specifications include, but are not limited to: TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1. Project Administration: Consultant shall provide a Project Administration Plan (PAP) to direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the project with respect to budget, schedule, and contractual obligations. The (PAP) shall be updated on a biweekly basis and submitted to the City. 2. Project Scoping Meeting: The consultant will initiate and attend the project kickoff meeting with the City to review the project scope and tasks and to confirm the specific requirements of the project. Consultant shall prepare an agenda for the kickoff meeting, invite necessary attendees, collect data, and discuss the schedule of the project. 3. Coordination Meetings: Consultant shall provide a minimum of biweekly conference calls and/or meetings between the Consultant and City personnel to review project progress, discuss project challenges and findings, and review early study results. Consultant shall ensure that the City personnel and Consultant team members maintain a shared understanding regarding study direction, objectives, and deliverables.
