The subsequent contract between the Contractor and College must be consistent with and support the College’s sustainability initiatives. The Contractor will provide College the following services and/or equipment: 4.1.1 Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of refuse container needs and pickup frequency at all serviced campuses and centers, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency. Contractor will be responsible for promptly cleaning graffiti from waste containers, repairing vandalized containers, and ensuring all waste is picked up and removed promptly as per the scheduled services. Appropriate waste containers with lockable lids for recyclables. Containers either have a padlock on the container or the container is behind a locked corral gate. The specific sites with this requirement include, Climb, Opportunity Center at 42 Avenue (OC42), Cascade, Southeast (SE). There are currently ten (10) or less padlocks. Contractor should put containers back in place and lids should be in the closed position. Contractor is to lock lids after each pick-up service.
