Monthly Chemical and Maintenance Service: • Water analysis for the Cooling Water Towers to ensure that the system is working properly, and chemical levels are based on the industry standard. • Water Analysis for the Closed Loop’s to ensure the system is working properly and chemical levels are based on the industry standard. • Clean and remove any scale or build up on the Controller Probe. • Calibrate the Controller to pH level 7.0. Yearly Service Maintenance: • Apply and flush cleaning application to the Towers to Remove Scale and Foulants to bare metal. 5.6.2: Periodic Service as requested by SRCI Physical Plant Staff • Inspect Chiller Tubes • Inspect Tower Fill and Sumps 5.6.2.1: All periodic services will be scheduled, between both parties. 5.6.3: Collect, remove, and properly dispose of empty chemical storage containers from the grounds at SRCI as needed, and/or directed by SRCI staff. 5.6.4: Provide on-site and/or phone communication within four (4) hours of request by SRCI staff regarding the testing and use of chemicals.
