Submit a quote form AND itemized proposals in compliance with Term Contracts 24C-12L and 24C-44A terms, specifications, special conditions, and pricing. (Additional discounts will be accepted.)
No other terms or conditions will be accepted.
Bidders are required to verify all conditions and product specifications before submitting a quote.
ALL WORK SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY May 05, 2025. Product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment.
AWARD: The project within this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest cost per quote from the pool of awarded vendors under the Term Contract 24C-12L and 24C-44A, and the District reserves the right to use the next lowest bidder in the event the original awardee of the project cannot fulfill their contract.
