▪ Provide One-On-One assistance to incorporate and register the business in the City of Philadelphia. ▪ Assist business to set up appropriate tax accounts at federal/state/city level. ▪ Support or provide training for bookkeeping to scale the business for capacity building. ▪ Annual business tax filing and correspond to any tax related compliance questions. ▪ Assess business financial status and provide one-on-one consulting to explain financial products available from both public resources and commercial banks. ▪ May function as outsourced CFO to restructure the business if needed. ▪ On-going support for business compliance advice, including troubleshooting and assisting with resolution for compliance-related issues, i.e. IRS audit, violation, or tax issues. ▪ Providing guidance on Food license applications for Food Vendors at FDR Park ▪ Record and maintain business cases in a CRM database. ▪ Report on progress outcomes related to business planning, creation, managing, growth, and compliance.
