6. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Contractor shall furnish all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, construction layout, labor and supervision required to complete the proposed items as shown on the attached documents and specified herein for the lump sum price stated by the Contractor on the attached proposal. The Work consists of, but is not limited to: a. Temporary barriers to isolate the work area to protect the public b. Protection of existing features and landscaping to remain c. Selective exterior window repair and repainting d. Selective repointing (Add Alternate) e. Sealant replacement f. Progress and final cleaning 7. The Contract type is for construction. The Contract Term will commence after complete execution of the contract by all parties concerned. The construction work is to begin upon the date of “Notice to Proceed” and be complete within 60 consecutive calendar days. A time extension may be granted if inclement weather is encountered during the contract term that will impact the construction. a. Notice to Proceed for Construction is anticipated for February / March 2025. Actual onsite activities may begin later when freezing weather conditions have passed. 8. Work to be performed from 7 AM to 6 PM on Mondays through Fridays. Contractor shall have limited use of the premises for construction operations
