Proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on January 31, 2017 in the office of the Purchasing Agent, 45 Fort Hill Rd., Groton, CT 06340 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Groton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor deviations from our proposal requirements if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
