Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified offerors to provide Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) equipment and the professional operation and provision of banking and ATM Services on the ESU campus. This section provides an overview of the engagement envisioned as a result of this RFP. Interested offerors should use this part of the RFP in its technical proposal. The successful Offeror is expected to provide ATM operation and services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week to University students, faculty, and staff and the general public. The ATM must provide full services including the acceptance of deposits and the issuance of cash and must be part of a nationally recognized ATM system. At the option of the selected Offeror and subject to the approval of the University, the successful Offeror may propose the installation of additional ATMs on Campus. The exact location of any future ATMs shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by the University and the successful Offeror. The ATM License Agreement shall be appropriately amended to add any additional ATMs.
