Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP is being issued to solicit proposals from one or more qualified firms to provide custody banking services to the Philadelphia Sinking Fund Commission (“Commission”). The selected provider will provide custody banking services, record keeping services, and offer securities lending with the minimum split defined earlier in this RFP. The current custody bank is welcome to rebid. The services desired include but are not limited to: 1. Attend and present at least annually at a public meeting of the Commission, as well as any other meeting as requested by the Commissioners. 2. Meet with Sinking Fund and/or PGW employees for information gathering related to the custody banking, securities lending, and record keeping. In all cases possible, these meetings should occur at the City’s place(s) of business or remotely (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc) 3. Provide adequate reporting to the various constituents of the Plan 4. Issue all required and related reports required by industry best practices 5. Confirm all expenses and amounts paid and held by the Sinking Fund for the relevant year 6. Provide education & training seminars for Commissioners, Investment Staff, and other related parties. The selected firm may also be asked to provide other services as required by the Commissioners and/or the Investment Staff. The selected firm will report directly to the Commission, working closely with the Commissioners and the Investment Staff.
