To commission the new PGW Data Center located at North Operations Center, 5000 Summerdale Ave, Philadelphia PA 19124. This includes a comprehensive review and testing for 100% up time operation of all the critical Utilities and support systems installed inside the data center. The Utility systems include: Data Center DX cooling units Data Center room cooling Data Center utility power distribution Data Center UPS systems Telecom closet ductless split cooling systems BAS controls functionality associated with Data Center operation Data Center fire protection: pre-action and clean-agent fire suppression systems Data Center backup generator (when completed) The commissioning services will include: Review project drawings and documents and confirm as-built conditions, Review related equipment submittals and confirm correct parts were used, Submit sequence of operations testing documents to be approved by PGW and BAS vendor, Propose potential failure scenarios to include PGW expected system response/corrective actions to incorporate in commissioning, Propose a formal commissioning plan/scope to be approved by PGW Develop commissioning documents, to include: Testing procedures, Field reports, Commissioning schedule, and final report.
