The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide SNACK ITEMS FOR DELIVERY FROM JANUARY-MARCH 2025 for consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County. Bidders will only bid on the acceptable brands and package sizes as specified. No Substitutions permitted. Product expiration dates must reach until the next delivery date. All products must be individually wrapped and shelf stable. The quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Delivery dates and quantities are listed under each item. Dietary Dept will notify vendor if quantities will change for a specific delivery. Alternate deliveries may be arranged as required. Delivery to be made the day specified, between the hours of 8:00am and 11:45pm. Delivery may not be made on a state holiday
