We are seeking a catering service and would like to request pricing on a per person basis. The quoted price shall include high quality paper and plastic products, disposable plastic tablecloth, utensils (forks, knives, spoons), delivery, and setup. Additionally, various snacks will be needed on July 1st, 8th, and 15th, with delivery no later than 11:00 AM to Parkway Central Library. Please refer to the YSP Snack Spreadsheet for the items we want, including specific details and hyperlinks. Please provide us with sample menus of the types of foods you offer. Below is a sample menu of the anticipated food items we are considering: Sample order: Boxed lunches to include a ¼ lb turkey sandwich and a tomato, basil & mozzarella sandwich, that also includes fresh fruit salad, 2 cookies, & 2 bottles of water (min. 16 oz). Box lunches should include 1 sandwich, fresh fruit salad, 2 cookies, and 2 bottles of water (min. 16 oz). Dietary Considerations include: • Halal • Vegetarian • Vegan • Gluten Free • No peanut products for safety reasons
