Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Maintain development and production environments, with coherent and reliable backup and disaster recovery plans for each. 2. Provide comprehensive system administration services for the hosting environment. 3. Ensure that all infrastructure hosting the website is completely redundant and provide an explanation of the redundancy 4. Perform ongoing programming services in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and PHP. 5. Perform periodic upgrades of expression Engine and hosting environment. 6. Perform ongoing security hardening of the installation and hosting environment. 7. Prioritize applying critical security patches to the impacted software and hardware in the hosting environment regardless of regular patching windows. 8. Provide web security assessments. 9. Correct all security issues identified during Security Assessments. 10. Ensure that all content can be readily edited in expression Engine by the PGW web team. 11. Preserve search engine optimization throughout the website. 12. Perform and support launch of website improvements. 13. Perform ongoing support services for the PGW websites in a timely and reliable manner. 14. Assist with ADA WCAG 2.1 compliance. Make updates in accordance with the guidelines 15. Resolving any issues with the website. 16. Provide consulting and support services to the PGW web team. 17. Develop new features and functionality, as requested. 18. Ensure that the website is running optimally and verifying the health of the site and hosting platform. (Periodic Health Checks) 19. Vendor will work to consult on page speed and web performance by considering and applying recommendations for 2023 web performance audit. Updates may include, but not limited to, remove unused JavaScript, serve images in Next-Gen Formats, and/or remove unused code. 20. Vendor will consult with PGW web team and website redesign firm to institute new website architecture and design. 21. Vendor to participate in website redesign project status meetings, as agreed upon with PGW project team.
