Replace HVAC system and ductwork throughout, boilers and pumps, etc.; New men’s latrine converted from a classroom, convert men’s latrine to women’s, and convert women’s latrine to a family/lactation restroom; New Windows and exterior Doors; Exterior on the armory needs support for gutters and possible snow guards.; 5,428 SF FMS section of the building: Interior: HVAC continued.; Exterior: replace concrete pad and apron at the bay entrances, extend a bay to accommodate larger vehicles, correct the washed-out area in the motor pool with gravel, replace fence as needed, and add a man gate as alternates.
