The Hatboro-Horsham School District, hereinafter referred to as “Owner or HHSD”, is interested in obtaining the services of a reputable Moving Company, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor or Bidder”, to remove owner packed materials, furniture, fixtures, technology and equipment from the school and office outlined in the bid specifications. The materials and furniture will be delivered to a new building located on the same campus as the current facilities, with all contents delivered to their respective areas within the school facility receiving the delivery as directed. Staging spaces will be provided within each receiving school facility. Moving for the District Administrative Office may begin on Friday, June 27, 2025 and must be completed by end of day, Thursday, July 3, 2025. The last day of school is planned for Keith Valley Middle School (“KVMS”) is June 19, 2025, pending impact from winter weather. Moving may begin on Monday, July 7, 2025 for KVMS and must be completed by end of day, Thursday, July 11, 2025. Project completion includes the delivery of all materials to their respective spaces within each school facility. The move generally consists of classroom materials, technology, and furniture. Once delivered by the Contractor, all boxes will be unpacked by the Owner and belongings set in their final locations. The return of Contractor moving boxes, carts, etc. will occur in September 2025 as stated elsewhere in the specifications.
