Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will be asked to provide the following parking services: set-up and breakdown of signage, barricades and cones pre/post event, block restricted entry points, direct drivers to designated parking areas such as lots for customers, staff, musicians and other individuals associated with the set up and operation of the Dell events. Proposed event date range: July 1st through September 1st, an official calendar of events will be provided upon award of the contract, estimated number of events for the 2024 Season is 8 - 20. Staffing hours 4:00pm to 9:00pm (5 hours) for set up staff (15) Uniformed Flaggers and (1) Supervisor 1-hour prior to parking lot opening. Events times of Parking lots open: 5:00pm: Gates: 5:30pm: Event Starts: 7:00pm: Event Ends: 11:00pm. Attached is detail scope of services. Please provide the unit cost for parking services based per event (QTY-20) at Staffing Levels: (15) Uniformed Flaggers and (1) Supervisor - 2,500 - 4,000 Capacity at events.
