Provide Exclusive Soft Drink Pouring Rights for the 10 state–owned universities comprised of 14 individual campuses, for consideration by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (“PASSHE” or “State System”). The scope of the work to be performed by Contractor entails certain services related to the provision of soft drink and related beverage services within the State System. Contractor shall operate the beverage services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract, and shall provide all the management, personnel, beverage products, supplies, equipment, materials, technical support, training, systems, and effort necessary for the management of beverage services functions, at a level of quality acceptable to the System. The Contractor will be responsible for the supply of and distribution of beverages, quality control, human resources management (hiring, training, development, dismissal, etc.), and financial management of the beverage services. The State System and/or Universities shall have the right to designate appropriate staff to work proactively and in liaison with Contractor to ensure full compliance with all terms and provisions of the contract.
