Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board requires the following service: proxy consulting. Applicant’s proposed scope of work should state in detail how it will provide this service, including the personnel/job titles responsible for providing this service. Applicants may propose specific tasks and activities, but should explain why each is necessary to achieve the project objectives. The general consultant will follow standard business hours aligned with Philadelphia's local time. Work may include remote tasks as well as on-site engagements as needed. Meeting scheduling and response times will be mutually agreed upon, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness. Attendance at monthly Investment Committee meetings and other requested meetings is expected.
