Specifications include, but are not limited to: The principal work of this contract will consist of all repairs, alterations, overhaul and maintenance of specialized multi-functional snow equipment and related equipment. This equipment is still under warranty, so the work may consist of warranty related repairs. 2.2.1 Repair Service The successful seller shall provide maintenance and repair service at an hourly labor rate under the items tab in PHL Contracts. 2.2.2 Emergency Service: Emergency Service may be required during city emergencies or events. Monday through Friday: 5:00PM to 7:30AM Saturday, Sunday, and including holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas) from 12:00AM-11:59 PM.
