This product includes asset management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance schedules, work plans, reactive maintenance, standard reports, Cases and Material WO BOM, work order management, task assignment, crew and shift management, manual and auto scheduling, Field Crew native mobile App, iOS, Android, or HTML5 browser for field service, shop floor, and asset maintenance crews. Field crew auto time clocking, surveys, BOM, esignature, wo completion pdfs, offline, collaboration messaging and digital media access. PGW uses the Kloudgin Business Intelligence Analytical Application Profesional Edition SMB. This edition includes the KloudGin Analytic Application Datamark, 1 Author and 9 BI Professional reader subscriptions. PGW uses KloudGin Web Services. This service includes up to 2000 rtansactions per month from applications using published KloudGin Web Services. PGW uses KloudGin Premium Support. This support provides 24x7 support, a dedicated support rep, configuration management and guaranteed SLAs. PGW requires up to 1,390 hours of KloudGin professional services.
