The Managing Director’s Office for the City of Philadelphia is seeking proposals from providers to deliver a range of physical, behavioral, and mental health care, as well as supportive services at the City’s new Wellness Village. The New Wellness Village’s will provide Recovery House services (estimated capacity 400 individuals), with plans to expand services over a two- year period and bring total residential capacity to an estimated 640 individuals. The goal of the Wellness Village is to expand access to comprehensive health services; provide additional supportive services, such as educational, employment training, and life skills programming; and establish a housing continuum that will assist a greater number of people toward recovery from substance use disorder and housing stabilization.
