PARADE BALLOONS: • 3-4 parade balloons with pictures of options available. Holiday themed or recognizable characters are preferred. One sponsor has requested any character from Universal if possible, so if you have that as an option please include it. • Cold air balloons are encouraged, but a mixture of cold air and helium is also acceptable. • We prefer to have at least 2 large size balloons (over 20-ft). • List the number of volunteers needed for each balloon and the time they must arrive for the 10am start. If we are able to provide sandbags so the volunteers do not have to show up as early, please note that as its very helpful. • The hotel room cost should be listed separately in your quot. List the number of hotel rooms your staff will need and which days. We are sometimes able to receive a limited number of discounted or complimentary rooms for your use. If we can provide this discounted or complimentary rate, we can update your hotel costs accordingly. • Provide any additional items that you need our team to supply for the balloons such as a generator, plywood for the dollies, storage of the balloons, other supplies etc. Your quote should be inclusive of any expenses you expect payment for and any amenities you expect to be provided.
