Scope of Work
New Gutters and Leaders

Remove exsiting gutters and leaders on three (3) sides of the tile roof and dispose of.
Remove exsiting fascia where gutters are removed and dispose of.
Install new full-height, aluminum-clad fascia boards to receive new gutters.
Install 7" gutters with continuious splash guard and hidden hangars; pitch as indicated
Install 4" x 5" aluminum leaders where indicated. terminate into at-grade booth, connected to subterranean drainage system installed by others.
