Comply with the rules, regulations and policies as outlined by the Department’s, Division of Family and Community Services-Developmental Disabilities in IDAPA 16.06.01 https://adminrules.idaho.gov/rules/current/16/index.html; and Idaho Code Title 16 Chapter 24 https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/Title16/T16CH24/ Comply with IDAPA 16.06.02 Standards for Child Care Licensing https://adminrules.idaho.gov/rules/current/16/index.html Ensure services are provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or under the supervision of LCSWs when using a team-oriented staffing model and provide credentials/licensure for each service provider to the Department. Ensure Resource Family Referrals services are performed by a State of Idaho Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), counselor, a master’s degree in a related field. Any person providing direct services to families under the Contract must be supervised by a LMSW or a LCSW with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in child welfare. Ensure all employees having contact with families have a thorough understanding of the Department critical incident response and documentation protocol. If at any time during the initial contact or in the course of service delivery, it is determined the child or any other child being cared for is in imminent danger of abuse or neglect, or if a child is at sufficient risk of harming themselves or others, immediately refer the case to Department Centralize Intake and, when necessary, to the appropriate law enforcement agency, or both, for appropriate action. Be responsible for all expenses associated with required activities such as staff training, travel to attend training, supplies and equipment. Participate in any appeal or fair hearing process related to services performed through the Contract when requested by the Department. Provide court testimony when requested by the Department. Comply with the following Client Transportation Requirements (including children and adults) in the event the Contractor directly provides any transportation: All vehicles used for transporting clients must have valid registration, license plates and required insurance as required by the State. All passengers must be properly seated and securely fastened in seatbelts or car seats when the vehicle is in operation. Drivers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess a valid Operator’s License or Chauffeur’s License.
