Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. New Fire Station #2 – The project provides for design and construction of a New Fire Station #2 located on Cheney Drive in Twin Falls. Currently there is not an existing building that occupies the project site; the site is newly developed land that has not been previously built on. The existing facility, located at 635 Falls Avenue, will be vacated. The new Fire Station #2 is slated to house the following: Fire, rescue, and EMS apparatus and equipment, living quarters, and personnel. A program will be established to determine detailed spaces to fit within the building. Final sustainable criteria will be determined during the programming and design phases of the project. 2. New Fire Station #3 – The project provides for design and construction of a New Fire Station #3 located near the intersection of Washington Street South and Orchard Drive. The original Fire Station #3 is located at 911 Washington South in Twin Falls. The proposed layout of the new fire station does not fit on the existing site and will be located on property in close proximity to the existing station. The New Fire Station #3 is slated to house the following: Fire, rescue, and EMS apparatus and equipment, living quarters, and personnel.
