Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. The Contractor must provide the following rentals and attachments:· Ameda, Medela or equivalent brands of multi-user hospital-grade electric breast pumps andappropriate attachment kits to qualified Idaho WIC program participants:a) The breast pumps must be FDA-approved medical devices as evidenced by a product search onhttps://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/devicesatfda/index.cfm?st=breast%20pumps.II. The Contractor must distribute the breast pumps and attachment kits as directed by an authorized WIC agent in the following ways:· Direct delivery by the Contractor to the WIC participant,· Pick-up at retail store by WIC participant,· Direct delivery to the local WIC clinic for distribution by an authorized WIC agent, and· Overnight delivery to WIC participant or WIC clinic:a. The Contractor must ensure the following types of breast pumps and attachment kits are available for WIC participants:· Ameda multi-user hospital-grade, electric breast pump or equivalent, or· Medela multi-user hospital-grade, electric breast pump or equivalent, and· Ameda single-user breast pump/dual kit or equivalent, or· Medela single-user double pumping kit or equivalent.
