Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comply with license and certification standards, rules, regulations, and policies as outlined by the Department. Provide janitorial services at the Service Complex located at 701 E. Alice, Blackfoot, ID 83221 and the Townhouse located at 720 E. Alice, Blackfoot, ID 83221. Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and the Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) requirements. Keep the premises clean and sanitary in accordance with industry-accepted janitorial standards. Perform COVID-19 cleaning as described in Section III.I. This is a temporary requirement and will end at the Department’s discretion. Identify an on-site supervisor for each crew assigned to service locations. Furnish all labor, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, and cleaning equipment necessary to provide janitorial services as outlined herein. Communicate with the Department’s Contract Monitor for each location for scheduling, inventory replacement of Department-supplied items, quality assurance walk-throughs, deficiency corrections, etc. Not duplicate keys provided by the Department.
