Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the replacement and upsizing of Moscow’s existing 6-inch water line with a new 8- inch water line extending south from the Indian Hills Drive and Northwood Drive intersection south and east along Indian Hills Drive and Northwood Drive intersection south and east along Indian Hills Drive to the intersection with Atsirk Street. The replacement will continue north to the Atsirk Street, and extend from the Nylarol Street and Pine Cone Road intersection north approximately 300-feet. New water laterals will be installed to serve new fire hydrants and the existing water meters servicing the residential properties. Additionally, a new water line will be installed from Indian Hills Drive down to the future booster station on the north side of Southview Avenue and The Grove Apartments
