Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must dismount and refurbish, one (1) ITD owned Lift, and install on ITD furnished truck chassis as detailed below. Though they are not specifically covered herein, all parts necessary to provide a complete and functional refurbished Lift must be included. All parts must conform in design, strength, quality of materials, and workmanship to current engineering practices and accepted standards of the industry. All parts must be the manufacture’s standard unless otherwise specified in this RFQ. Upon delivery, the Lift must be assembled and adjusted, per the manufacturer’s standards. Existing Equipment Truck Chassis – 2013 International model 4300 SBA LP 4 x 2 with 84 in. CA dimension. VIN 3HAMYSKM2DL306773. Lift – Terex Hi-Ranger model TPL-40. Serial number 2130248219. Service Body – Reading HD-132AB Classic II. Installation Lift and service body will be installed on an ITD provided 2022 Freightliner model M2 106 truck chassis. Chassis is equipped with an Allison model 3000RDS transmission, 84 in. CA dimension, 25,500 rated GVW, 8,000 lb. rated front axle and suspension, 17,500 lb. rated rear axle and suspension, and a six (6) switch auxiliary switch pane.
