Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAILY: Condition Comments Sweep walk surfaces at all entries and exits Sweep, mop and disinfect all restroom floors Clean/disinfect all fixtures in restrooms/breakroom Fill all supply dispensers in restrooms/breakroom Empty all waste receptacles conference rooms/restrooms/desks/front desk/shredders/outside Clean/disinfect drinking fountains including mineral build-up Clean both sides of partitions and doors Clean all doorknobs, pulls and push plates Empty and clean all ashtrays and pick up cigarette debris Vacuum carpeted areas including floor mats, walkways and offices Clean reception counter and computer kiosks Clean and disinfect glass doors including removal of all smudges Weekly Clean and mop custodial storage room Vacuum carpets. Areas include conference rooms and cubicles Clean and disinfect restroom walls, doors and partitions. Special attention to be given to corners and edges of floor and the chrome leg caps of the partitions Dust the tops of all cubicle partitions and window ledges Monthly Clean all window sills Clean inside and outside of all office glass Clean outside of ashtray located at front entrance Dust all cobwebs inside and outside of building (at entrances) Dust all window blinds Clean legs of chairs and tables in lobbies and conference room Clean all door frames removing all smudges Clean all Cubicle fixtures Inspect and replace lightbulbs
