Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work Orders The software must be web-based and able to create and catalog work orders, and track inventory. The software must have the ability to develop preventative maintenance work orders. The software must have the capability to assign work orders and events to more than one (1) staff member. II. Tracking and View The software must have the ability to track motor pool specifics such as vehicle maintenance and driver tracking. The software must have the ability to view asset data in real time (input data processed within milliseconds, so it is available immediately as feedback) while doing work on the asset/equipment. III. Standards and Compliance The software must manage and document work that complies with standards monitored closely by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and hospital accrediting organizations: a.
