Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid: Includes mobilization, traffic control, SWPPP, Demolition, Gabian Wall repair, Grading, Excavation, base rock, asphalt as shown on plans, curb, hydroseeding, catch basins, storm pipe, and contractor designed retaining walls Add Alternate No. 1: Includes asphalt pavement as shown on plans. This also should account for a reduction in approximately 65 tons of aggregate from the base bid as this would be replaced with the asphalt surfacing. Add Alternate No. 2: Includes installation of 3 chain link fence as shown on the plans. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions.
