Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cloud-Based Nursing Scheduling System; provide a pre-existing, vendor-hosted, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Cloud-Based Nursing Scheduling System that is compatible with Idaho Division of Veterans Services, Veterans Homes. The Contractor shall provide a pre-existing, vendor-hosted, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Cloud-Based Nursing Scheduling System that is compatible with Idaho Division of Veterans Services, Veterans Homes. The Contractor shall provide a system to accommodate up to 200 users at up to four (4) different locations. All entities, licensees and servers that access the Division databases shall be located within the United States and no data shall be shared with offshore/overseas entities, servers or databases, nor shall remote offshore/overseas access be allowed per the restrictions and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Social Security Administration (SSA), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
