Specifications include, but are not limited to: mowing, trimming, and trash collection as indicated in these Contract Documents. Proposed work under contract takes place at 6 sites totaling approximately 23.1 Acres. Work areas include right-of-ways and street medians. Areas include; • 25th St Islands-1.63 acres • Portions of 25th East (Hitt RD) Utility Strips-4.83 Acres • Lindsay Blvd/Utah Ave Utility Strips-1.77 Acres • Pancheri Dr. Utility Strip-6.85 Acres • Sunnyside Rd Utility Strip-7.57 Acres • Skyline Dr. Utility Strip-0.45 Acres Mowing Lawns shall be mowed at three- and one-half inches (3 1/2”). Clippings must be mulched, left on site, and evenly distributed on lawn areas. Trimming Permanent fixtures in the turf areas are to be trimmed around with weed- eaters to avoid unsightly growth at the base. Trimmed areas are to be cut to a height to match the surrounding lawn (3 ½”). Trimmings are not to be left in clumps or piles. Care is to be taken at all times when operating around fixtures to prevent damage to them. Trash and Debris Removal Prior to mowing the Contractor is responsible for removing trash and debris from the property.
