Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vacuum all carpeting in the public and common areas such as lobby, reception area, conference/meeting rooms, break room, and hallways daily using a commercial vacuum. 2. Vacuum all carpeting in staff offices on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 3. Spot clean/vacuum specific areas, and spot clean walls as needed or at the request of the Department. 4. Clean and disinfect table surfaces in the public and common areas such as lobby, reception area, conference/meeting rooms, and break room daily. 5. Clean heating vents one (1) time per quarter or as needed. 6. Empty all trash cans daily. a. Replace soiled trash liners as needed. b. The Contractor must NOT empty paper recycle containers located in staff offices. 7. Sweep and/or wet mop hard surface flooring and entrances weekly; or as needed or at the direction of the Department. 8. Clean, disinfect and polish drinking fountains daily. 9. Wash all windows inside and out twice yearly in the Fall and Spring. a. Dust/clean slatted blinds at this same time
