Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Demolish and remove existing sidewalks/curbing as required and install proposed streetscape as shown on the Construction Drawings. Proposed streetscape includes, but is not limited to: concrete walking path, stamped brick-pattern concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, ADA ramps with detectable warning surfaces, pavement markings, downspout drainage plumbing, parking area “bulb-outs”, and landscaping. b. Refer to the Construction Drawings for special items that must be protected during construction, temporarily removed then replaced after construction, or removed permanently. c. Contractor must follow the supplied Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan for all proposed work.
