Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall mill sections of streets designated for milling in accordance with the Technical Specifications and dispose of milled material at the City Garage. Contractor shall remove all milled materials and clean all streets the same day the streets are milled. Failure to do so will result in liquidated damages of $500.00 per day for each street until the material is removed and the roadway cleaned; This work shall include prepping of all roadway surfaces and cracks, applying a uniform tack coat, burning joints, patching and leveling, filling and compacting large cracks and potholes and laying and compacting a layer of asphalt concrete wearing course conforming to the requirements of the Technical Specifications. Contractor Shall perform all work in coordination with existing utilities and other street infrastructure embedded in and/or adjacent to the pavement structures. This work shall also include the installation of speed humps and raised crosswalks as specified on the Contract Drawings.
